How it works

Smooth skin, without the daily upkeep. Our professional waxing treatments offer a quick and effective way to remove unwanted hair from the face and body, leaving the skin feeling smooth, clean and well-groomed. Whether you're coming in for a quick upper lip or brow wax, maintaining your bikini area, or opting for a larger area such as the legs, arms, chest or back, your treatment is carried out with care and attention to your comfort. With regular waxing, many clients also find that regrowth can feel softer and finer over time compared with shaving.

  • Skin Assessment

Your therapist briefly checks the treatment area and discusses any sensitivities, recent treatments or skincare products that could affect your waxing treatment.

  • Skin Preparation

The area is cleansed and prepared to remove oils, creams or residue and help the wax adhere effectively to the hair.

  • Hair Removal

Wax is carefully applied to the treatment area and removed using professional techniques designed to remove the hair efficiently from the root.

  • Finishing Touches

Any remaining hairs are tidied where necessary to create a clean, even finish.

  • Soothing Aftercare

The skin is gently cleansed and soothed following treatment. Your therapist will also advise you on simple aftercare to help minimise irritation and keep your skin comfortable.

FAQS

Have any questions?
we’ve got the answers

How long do waxing results last?

Most clients enjoy smoother skin for approximately 3–4 weeks, although this varies depending on your individual hair growth cycle and how regularly you wax.

How long should my hair be before waxing?

For the wax to grip the hair effectively, we recommend allowing approximately 3–4 weeks of growth after shaving, or around 5–6 mm of hair where possible.

Does waxing hurt?

You may feel a brief pulling or stinging sensation as the wax is removed, particularly in more sensitive areas. Most clients find the treatment very manageable, and regular waxing can often make appointments easier as the hair becomes finer.

What should I avoid after waxing?

For approximately 24–48 hours, avoid very hot showers or baths, saunas, steam rooms, swimming, intense exercise and heavily fragranced products on the treated area. Avoiding excessive sun exposure is also recommended while the skin is freshly waxed.

Can I wax before or after an injectable or facial treatment?

Waxing can temporarily sensitise the skin, so timing is important when combining it with other aesthetic or facial treatments. Let us know what treatments you've recently had or have booked, particularly injectables, peels, facials or active skincare, and we'll advise you on the safest timing.
